Pre-Natal Massage

A relaxing session performed in face-up & side-laying positions to alleviate the physical discomfort and fatigue associated with your pregnancy. We begin with pressure point applications to the face, a scalp and neck massage; then respiratory and sinus-area trigger point reflexology is applied to the feet. Coupled with a blend of eucalyptus/peppermint essential oils and steam towels to further promote sinus/lymphatic drainage while unblocking sinus pathways & aiding in tension headache relief.
